JAY PITTS

My interest in real estate began at a very young age while observing my father and uncle, who were successful real estate brokers, builders, auctioneers, developers and property managers in their own right. My sales career began in 2008, following a three-year stint as a mortgage originator. Despite poor market conditions, I flourished right away - selling 50 homes in my very first year. Since then, I have been one of the most accomplished agents in the RE/MAX network, achieving many local, regional and national awards. Those awards include leading the #1 team in the state of Kentucky for 2021 and 2022. In 2022, my team was ranked #19 nationally with RE/MAX. I’ve achieved both RE/MAX Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement honors and is poised to be recognized as a Circle of Legends member in 2023. I most recently achieved the Pinnacle Award for team gross commissions in excess of $2 million annually in 2021 and 2022. I was also recognized by Children’s Miracle Network charity as the top contributing RE/MAX agent in the state in 2022. My team and I have closed over 5,000 transactions totaling over $700 million in sales volume since inception. On the brokerage side of things, I have led RE/MAX Premier Properties’ growth to 105 agents, won multiple Recruiter of the Year awards, and closed on $420 million in sales volume in 2022.

Outside of work, I love to work out, coach my three kids in just about every sport, every season of the year, and travel with my amazing wife and business partner Jen.
